If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with repairs, returns and exchanges. 

Returns 

You have 60 days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return please email us at hello@dtjewels.com. We will notify you when we receive your returned item and issue a refund.

Exchanges

If for any reason you’d like to exchange your item, we are happy to work with you to find or create something that works with your style and budget. Email us at hello@dtjewels.com and we’ll go from there! 

Repairs 

We like to think our jewelry has exceptional staying power but, hey, things happen — and should they happen we are 100% committed to making things right. So please let us know if anything goes awry with one of our pieces; We can repair or replace no questions asked. Let us know hello@dtjewels.com.
