Out the door in a few days
Most pieces ship within 2–3 business days, wrapped by hand in our studio. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves us — USPS inside the US, usually 3–5 days after that.
They’re stones, not armor
Natural gemstones scratch and chip more easily than lab-made ones — that’s part of what makes them real. Take pieces off before you shower, swim, or sleep, and store them flat so stones don’t knock together.
14 days, no hard feelings
Not the right fit? Send it back within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll refund you in full. We’ll cover the return label — just email us first so we know it’s coming.
One thing to know upfront: custom commissions are made to order just for you, so those are final sale — we’ll work with you closely before it’s made so there aren’t surprises at the end.
Something arrive damaged, or a stone come loose? That’s on us — write to us and we’ll make it right, no 14-day clock attached.
